Hardwicke’s Property and Private Client division offers a comprehensive service for all property matters and all family and other private client matters.  Our individual barristers have specialist knowledge and experience in different aspects of property, family, trusts and probate work. 

Our service includes advice, drafting, negotiation and representation whether in the context of litigation or mediation and all forms of ADR.
