Michael is building his practice across Hardwicke's core practice areas and has a particular interest in commercial and construction law.
He has gained experience in a range of construction, commercial and property matters, including breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, landlord and tenant matters and right of way cases. He has also worked on a number of residential and commercial construction disputes, including drafting particulars of claim in a multimillion pound claim against a design and build contractor.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Michael has worked in the construction department of a major international law firm. He worked on a number of international arbitrations ranging from disputes over power plants to major infrastructure projects.
Additionally, he worked as a researcher to Paul Reed QC on his publication "Construction All Risks Insurance".
