Partnership
Our barristers are frequently instructed to act and advise in relation to all forms of partnership disputes (whether via litigation, arbitration or mediation), covering such issues as: good faith, expulsions, retirement, dissolution, and restrictive covenants.
Hardwicke’s expertise means that we are often called upon to deal with the technical financial impact of partnership disputes and our barristers are always happy to work in teams with accountants and auditors.
We can also assist in non-contentious matters and our barristers are often called in to advise upon and draft the key documents such as partnership agreements and agreements to cover retirement, dissolution, profit share and other agreements required for the smooth running of any partnership. Hardwicke can also advise as to the incorporation of LLPs.
Hardwicke’s aim is always to bring flexibility and commercial common-sense to any dispute to make sure that it is resolved quickly and in the most appropriate way. For that reason, we can always advise as to ADR including mediation and many of our barristers are qualified mediators.
