Occupiers’ Liability

Our barristers represent Claimants and Defendants across the full range of occupiers’ liability claims including those brought under the Occupiers’ Liability Acts 1957 & 1984, the Defective Premises Act 1972 and at common law. We advise regularly in relation to all levels of claim, including those resulting in fatality or serious injury and our experience covers a diverse range of premises including retail, commercial, industrial and recreational premises, vessels, vehicles and residential property. Members of the team have particular expertise in claims arising out of accidents on construction sites.
