Hardwicke welcomes three new members

We are delighted to announce that Peter Petts, Jonathan Titmuss and Simon Allison have joined Hardwicke from 42 Bedford Row.

They are complimentary, strong additions to the Property & Private Client Division.

Peter's well established practice encompasses many aspects of property, commercial and property related professional negligence. He is particularly sought after for his landlord and tenant expertise in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Simon's primary focus is landlord and tenant matters, both residential and commercial. His practice has a particular emphasis on complex possession recovery matters, disrepair and service charge disputes. His work also includes wider real property and commercial and insolvency work relating to landlords and tenants.

Jonathan has significant experience in licensed property and residential landlord and tenant disputes. He brings with him an extensive insolvency practice and significant knowledge and skills in dealing with corporate restructuring. He joins our Commercial Division as well as the Property & Private Client Division.
