Hardwicke Launches Fixed Fee Adjudication and Enforcement Service

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Fixed Fee Adjudication and Enforcement Service, which we have developed in response to market demands for greater cost efficiency and transparency in adjudications. 

To avoid serious consequences for contractors and employers, disputes that arise in construction and engineering projects need to be settled as quickly as possible.  The adjudication process helps to resolve disputes within a short time scale and Hardwicke’s Fixed Fee Adjudication and Enforcement Service provides a competitive and clear cost regime to complement this.
