Hardwicke appoints solicitor as Senior Practice Manager of newly formed Insurance Division

Hardwicke is delighted to announce the appointment of Vivian Frew as Senior Practice Manager of the Insurance Division. She is a qualified solicitor and moves to Hardwicke from a position within the Lloyds Insurance market. She will be part of Hardwicke’s Practice Management Team reporting to new Practice Director Amanda Illing.
A graduate of Canterbury University, New Zealand, she qualified as a solicitor in the UK while working at Ince & Co. She was admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor during her time at Stephenson Harwood’s Hong Kong office. She was also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia while practising as an Insurance solicitor in Australia. While in the UK she has worked as a Senior Claims Executive at a P&I Club and also in-house counsel and deputy claims manager at a Lloyds Managing Agent.
Following the recent restructuring of Hardwicke into client-facing divisions, the appointment of a qualified solicitor further illustrates Hardwicke’s fresh approach to Practice Management and business development. Vivian will bring considerable professionalism to the role as well as in depth knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal market within it.
