Our work covers the full range of land and real property issues. Hardwicke’s barristers deal with matters such as adverse possession, boundaries, easements (including rights of way, rights to drainage and rights of light) and other forms of neighbour dispute. We also have extensive experience in cases involving mortgages, options, overage and restrictive covenants. Similarly, if you need assistance with problems connected with land registration, unregistered land and/or fraud we have the knowledge, skills and experience to assist. Some of our barristers offer the particular skills needed to deal with party walls, trees, planning issues and compulsory purchase.

We also offer particular expertise in the impact of insolvency on property interests, co-ownership, property development, and issues related to conveyancing including specific performance. We have experience of mediation and other forms of ADR.
