OBG v Allan (Mainstream Properties v Young)

A third party who funded directors of a development company who, in breach of fiduciary duty, appropriated a development opportunity for themselves, was not guilty of the tort of inducing a breach of contract because his, subjective, intention was not to bring about that end.
