The Legal Liabilities of Horse Ownership

Hardwicke is delighted to present this seminar which will examine three of the key areas where equine related claims commonly arise, namely employment, personal injury and professional negligence. It will be discussed in each case what the responsibility is, what potential liabilities can (and do) arise, why these arise and what you can do to avoid the court room.

The speakers include Hardwicke barristers Barbara Hewson, Colm Nugent and Jasmine Murphy.
