Is there an app for that? Electronic Disclosure: the cost of getting it right and the cost of getting it wrong

This seminar brings expertise and practical experience to an examination and free discussion of the topical subject of e-disclosure. It includes short introductory and intermediate level presentations of the subject before moving to a heavyweight panel discussion chaired by Senior Master Steven Whitaker.

The speakers include Senior Master Whitaker and Hardwicke barristers Richard Buswell and Michael Wheater. The panel also includes Paul Reed QC and a representative from a major international provider of e-disclosure services.
