Hardwicke invites you to the second in our series of Social Housing Seminars.

This seminar will cover Fire Safety and Service Charges including:

• An overview of fire safety under the Housing Act 2004, Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order 2005 and the Local Authority as regulator
• Secondary means of escape
• Service charges recovery of costs on fire safety works
• The LVT and varying the lease to provide for recovery
• Common problems: leaseholder owned doors and other matters
