Deprivation of Liberty: avoiding unlawful conduct in residential care

Hardwicke Building invites you to this public law seminar covering the issue of deprivation of liberty. This seminar aims to address a variety of concerns related to this topic including: what is deprivation of liberty, how to defend a deprivation of liberty case and what steps need to be taken to avoid having such a case.
