The speakers include barristers PJ Kirby and Kerry Bretherton of Hardwicke Building.
PJ is recommended in the Legal 500 in relation to costs. He sits as an assessor for the Bar Council in High Court costs appeals.
Kerry is recommended in the legal 500 in relation to property. She also has considerable costs experience and was counsel in the leading case on retrospective CFAs – Birmingham City Council v Forde.
PJ and Kerry do not always agree and on retrospective CFAs you will certainly hear both sides of the argument.
