Employment

The Hardwicke Employment team offers high quality service underwritten by insightful, commercially minded and practical advice.

Our niche team acts across the entire spectrum of employment work in the Tribunals and in the High Court, from unfair dismissal, transfer of undertakings and discrimination claims, to Directors disputes, restrictive covenants (injunctive relief) and stress at work claims.

Our barristers provide a full service to employment clients. We pride ourselves on achieving the right results for our clients inside or outside of the courtroom, and we are committed to achieving unrivalled client satisfaction.

All our barristers accept instructions direct from individuals and corporations under the Direct and Public Access Schemes. We are also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

In addition to litigation, our Barristers undertake a variety of non-contentious work including drafting bespoke contracts of employment and handbooks, as well as offering training days to both our legal and corporate clients. We believe in being part of the team and we are happy to work with and advise clients in relation to their business reorganisations.

Hardwicke has devised a range of client training sessions and seminars for 2012. These cover areas such as TUPE, Whistle Blowing, the Equality Act, Restrictive Covenants and Privilege. All seminars are CPD accredited and designed to be delivered in-house to your team. We are also happy to tailor training to meet the specific needs of our clients.

If you would like more information on how Hardwicke’s employment barristers can help you, including our Employment Seminar Series, please contact Senior Practice Manager, Helen Burness.
