Contentious 

As experienced litigators Hardwicke’s Barristers, whatever their specialist areas of practice, have day to day experience in drafting correspondence, both pre-action and in the context of litigation, statements of case including further information and requests for it, settlement agreements or orders, and skeleton arguments. Our commitment to clear, concise, comprehensible presentation is evident in our contentious drafting. In addition our Barristers often play a significant role in the drafting of witness and expert written evidence.  

Non-Contentious 

Hardwicke’s Barristers also bring to bear their considerable skills and experience in non-contentious drafting across a wide range of documents.
