Family - Children

Hardwicke’s barristers have  expertise in all areas of children related family work from residence and contact disputes, specific issue and parental responsibility applications to applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction including child abduction.  As well as acting for parents and children, we advise and represent other interested parties such as the Official Solicitor and the Family Court Advisory Service (CAFCASS).

We have particular expertise in cases involving allegations of domestic violence, serious sexual abuse and parental alienation as well as mental health and substance misuse related issues.
